Part of the project team delivering this 23,662 sq m (254,700 sq. ft.) purpose-built student accommodation in Leeds City Centre. The net zero carbon development comprises of a 37-storey high rise tower, delivering over 750 bedrooms for IQ Student Accommodation and Olympic Homes. The scheme represents the tallest student accommodation in Northern Europe. Project Completion was in August 2021 in readiness for the new academic year in September 2021.
