He has extensive experience of working with a number of international developers and has managed major developments for Fidelity Investments and Hutchison Whampoa in London.
He is experienced in all phases of the development cycle and is highly skilled in forming effective team structures, integrating design and construction in line with commercial development objectives to deliver robust and cost-effective solutions.
John is a successful business investor and owner in property & construction.
An entrepreneur for over 35 years, John has delivered major commercial and residential projects across London and the South-East. He has also acquired several distressed companies which he has successfully turned around.
Whilst co-leading and managing investments and developments for Knightsbridge Capital, John also acts as strategic advisor and board member for other successful businesses within the industry to support their ongoing sustainability and future growth.
Sean is a respected business leader and entrepreneur with extensive board and legal experience. Sean supports Knightsbridge Capital to realise its corporate vision, goals and shareholder value.
After studying a double degree in Law and Finance Sean worked with global advisory firms KPMG and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Having practiced as a corporate M&A lawyer he has advised a number of international companies and organisations including Multiplex, PepsiCo, Cable & Wireless, and the World Bank.
He has also negotiated key commercial contracts with the Governments of Gauteng and Rio de Janeiro in the lead up to the FIFA World Cups in South Africa and Brazil.
Sean was granted the Freedom of the City of London in 2008 in recognition of his services and is currently engaged on several projects in mining, property, media and technology.
Lesley is a highly experienced Chartered Tax Advisor, providing tax and financial planning advice to support Knightsbridge Capital’s investment and funding streams and strong investment structures for its developments.
Lesley specialises in tax planning for company directors, limited companies and businesses, to provide tax planning advice for their property related businesses. She has also worked with high-net-worth individuals in the areas of property tax, inheritance tax (IHT) and capital gains tax (CGT) planning, and for undertaking probate work.
