Designed by Lord Foster, this 560,000 sq ft, award winning, mixed-use development compromises of four separate buildings. The principal building has a unique asymmetrical crescent shape, with curved balconies overlooking the River Thames. The scheme delivered 183 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, and twelve duplex penthouses. The lower floors house a mix of office space, retail space, art and leisure facilities with surrounding by landscaped open spaces creating a new vibrant quarter for north Battersea, London.
